The Wiebesiek bakery previously stood on the Wiebesiek farm in Vlotho-Valdorf on the border with Lippe. It was built in 1841. It was dismantled in 1981 and reconstruction began in 1983. The reopening took place together with Rürupsmühle in March 1984 and the baking oven was also rebuilt true to the original. The oven has a flat vault with two smoke openings to a smoke channel above the vault, which ends in a chimney at the front above the oven mouth. From there, the smoke is discharged through an adjacent chimney. The oven was renovated in the summer of 1999.
The timbered woodshed next to the bakehouse is used to store the firewood. The special design of the infill serves to ensure good ventilation for drying the wood. It consists of oak stakes in the upper row and bricks set in gaps in the two lower rows.

It was built in 1997/98 and serves as a recreation building for visitor groups. Guests are also catered for here. The Stork farmhouse previously stood in Öttinghausen near Herford.
