10. Tour Ellerburg Aue Radweg: Kirchdorf - Tierpark Ströhen – Kirchdorf

Along the Ellerburg - Aue cycle path to the mouth of the river from its source in Rödinghausen on the south side of the Wiehengebirge to its mouth at Liebenau in the Weser. Past the Weser floodplains and Steyerberg to Kirchdorf. On this connecting route between the district of Herford, the west of the district of Minden-Lübbecke and the district of Nienburg, it is fascinating to experience how, in a rural idyll with beautiful places and a lot of history, the small trickle in the Wiehengebirge becomes a respectable river at the estuary.
