How was the Teutoburg Forest actually formed? How did all the sand get into the Senne? And what are the wild cattle and horses doing here? - You will find the answers to these questions and much more on this varied hike through a landscape that could hardly be more contrasting and has so much to tell. Nature park guide Holger Kern leads this sporty hike (approx. 11.5 km with an ascent and descent of almost 300 meters), for which a good basic level of fitness is required. You should definitely be in good physical condition; sturdy shoes and weatherproof clothing, sufficient food and drink are also a must.
