WindheimNo2 celebrates Easter and presents the YOUNGTIMERS from Hameln with Rockclassics unplugged:CCR, Cliff Richards, BEATLES, the Monkees, BEACH BOYS to Leonard Cohen, PROCUL HARUM, John Denver, BEE GEES and STONES ...
Even as teenagers, the four YOUNGTIMERS formed beat and rock bands, tried their hand at guitar, bass, percussion and singing and, during the
time of the legendary Woodstock Festival, were also enthusiastic about musical protest against a rigid and established social order.
The band YOUNGTIMERS was founded in 2016 by Klaus Kawan, Gerd Schaefer and Rainer Schrams. The three musicians have played in various formations since the 80s, such as "Pudding Allstars", "Mein Härtz läßt dich grüßen", "No Big Deal" "La terza pubertà" and "GIG" (Grau Ist Geil)
Since 2016, the trio has been beaming their way back to their musical roots - the the incomparable sixties and seventies - and revive the songs of those decades as an 'oldies unplugged' formation.
Klaus Kawan, bass
Gerd Schaefer, small percussion and vocals
Rainer Schams, guitar and vocals,
