Laughter and the best medicine
One is a doctor and rock musician, the other a cabaret artist and trained literary scholar. They meet up together to embark on a quest: What is good for a person?
What do you need? How can you live a healthy and happy life without your inner bastard whining too loudly? What does the mind need while the body wants something else and how do you get the two in harmony at best?
In order to answer these elementary questions, they both throw their respective trades into the balance and onto the stage: medicine/humor, health/social observation, biology/poetry, classic literature and the latest studies. But cabaret artists and doctors are certainly united by the insight that underlies this experimental quest as part of a wonderful evening: Laughter is the best medicine.
