A musical devotion with prayers and texts for Candlemas awaits visitors. The music will be provided by the brass class and the youth orchestra of the Bad Driburg town band. The church interior will be illuminated in matching colours.
The event is part of the "Find your light" 2026 series organized by the Klosterlandschaft Westfalen-Lippe. From 18.1. to
13.2.2026, a total of 35 events will take place throughout Westphalia-Lippe and invite you to (re)discover the cultural asset of the monastery. All events are dedicated to the theme of "light" - in its cultural, spiritual and artistic facets.
