ADFC Lemgo cycles to the Ottenstein plateau

Together with the touring group from Blomberg, we will ride to the Ottenstein plateau. If you don't want to ride the whole tour, you can join us in Blomberg at the parking lot behind the shooting range, Ostring 28, at 1:00 pm  or in Schieder at the train station at 1:15 pm. The Blomberg and  Lemgo groups will meet at 1:05 pm at the Schmuckenberger Weg/Flachsmarkt traffic circle and continue together via Siekhof to the train station in Scheder. From the station, we cycle along the Schieder reservoir and via Sabbenhausen up to the Ottenstein plateau. On the way via Eichenborn to Großenberg, we have fantastic views of the Köterberg, the cooling towers in Grohnde and the town of Bad Pyrmont. The descent from Großenberg takes us down a steep pass road to Lügde. There we can enjoy an ice cream. We ride back through the Meintetal, Klus and Barntrup to Lemgo. Cyclists who started in Blomberg or Schieder cycle back to Blomberg or Schieder via  Eschenbruch. This tour requires a good basic fitness level. For pedelec riders, the following also applies: full battery and adapted riding style on the mountain to conserve the battery.
