ADFC Blomberg cycles to the Hermann monument

The Hermann Monument is 150 years old. We are going to the anniversary event and are looking forward to an extensive program at the Hermann monument. There will also be delicious refreshments. We plan to spend 90 minutes at the event. Depending on how the "mood" is there, this time can also be changed after consultation with the participants. A visit to the newly designed "Hermanneum" is also planned.
The tour is organized together with the tour group from Lemgo. We will travel from Blomberg to the "Obere Mühle" mill in Detmold. There we will meet at 13:00 with the group from Lemgo and possibly also other cyclists who are joining us for the event. Our route will take us further along the Berlebecke to Friedenstal. We then continue along the Hermannsweg to the Denkmalstraße to reach the Hermannsdenkmal. The Grotenburg, where the Hermann stands, has an ambitious elevation profile. A good basic level of fitness is required for this route.
