After years of discussing the location, it was decided to erect the Meylip clock tower on the grounds of the town hall. Here it forms a contrast to the architecture of the administration building. The clockwork visible at the foot of the 11-metre-high clock tower has been lovingly restored with skilled craftsmanship.
