At the junction with the L 822 (Hövelhofer Str.) - turn right into Lohuder Weg - keep straight on at the junctions with Dullwallsweg (left) and Schäpsweg (right) - at the crossroads go straight on into Am Krollbach - through a few bends - at the end turn left onto the cycle path along the K 97 (Mühlensenner Straße) - after 150 m cross the K 97 cross the K 97 and turn into Am Haustenbach - cross Heierweg - Am Haustenbach (later called Sennemühlenweg) - turn left at the junction with Milchstraße - turn right at the next junction (Klausheider Straße) - pass the Sande town sign - cross the Boker canal - return via Sander-Bruch-Straße and Dirksfeld back to the sports hall.
