The A3 hiking trail near Holtheim is a 9.5-kilometre circular tour that combines stream valleys, field paths and cultural sites such as the Annenkapelle chapel.

After a short stretch to the right and then to the left, it runs along the Holtheimer Bach stream and the Altenau, past the Annenkapelle chapel, which offers a worthwhile detour.
